Basswood Canopy

This tall, fast-growing hardwood tree with large, shady leaves is evokes feelings of wonder, joy, and protection when standing under its branches in a thick forest.
Basswood Canopy was composed for “The Young Band Composition Consortium.” The composition consortium was created and organized by Zachary Friedland and includes fellow composers Katherine Bergman, Brandon Dicks, Benjamin Horne, Jennifer E.
